Scanning from Factory Login and Out

Once barcoding has been Set Up, Factory Users will see a new barcode button in the Log In and Log Out pages (see highlighted below)

Clicking on this button should display the following


Once the barcode or QR code has been Scanned the Task's Status will be changed to Active (see highlighted below)

Once the Task is Active, scanning the same barcode or QR code again will finish the Task.

If the Employee is not set up for Simultaneous Tasks then scanning a second Task will put the first Task On Hold and start the second Task.

If the Employee is set up for Simultaneous Tasks - see Scanning and Simultaneous Tasks.

If there is more than one Task with the same Job Number matching the one scanned (see highlighted below)

You will be prompted to choose which one you wish to select to Start (see below)
