Before Using Empower

Before using the software you should have completed

• Setting up your Factory version devices - these can be PCs/Macs/tablets/phones etc and ensured all have tested ok - for more information see Adding a User

• Ensure the date format on your browser is set to your local format.  Many browsers default to US date formats - for more information see Setting Date Formats

• Organizing internet access to the Management and Factory devices

• Working through the Introduction and Getting Started sections of this help system and have some familiarity with the other topics in the Time Track part of this help system.

There are a number of special Characters that we recommend not be used when entering information - for more information see Special Characters.
