Empower Quoting can create Jobs in Empower Time Track.

To do this, go to either the New Quote or Edit A Quote pages.

At the bottom of the page you should see


 

Providing you have at least one Product in the Quote this will create the Job in Time Track, including all Tasks, Auto Assigns of Product Processes, etc etc.
