Job Group


A Job Group is a grouping of Jobs to be reported on.


For example you may have a Customer who wants a fit out a of multi level apartment building at 15 Smith Street.  You may have multiple Jobs (level 1 Job, Level 2 Job, Level 3 Job, etc) and the Job Group may be called Smith Street or it may have a contract number etc.


To set up a Job Group - add the Job Group name in the Job Group field (see highlighted below)

  

In this way several Jobs can be grouped and reported on.


To view Jobs that are part of a Job Group navigate to Job > View > View Job by Job Group.


In additional, there are a number of reports that can be run for a particular Job Group - eg Reports > Productivity > Summary > For a Job Group.
