Throughout Empower there are buttons that can toggle between on or off.  


As an example of how these work we will use the Highlight Over Budget Tasks setting from the Tools > Settings > page from Empower Management.



When the button is in the off position, for example

 
 
Then over Budget Tasks will not be highlighted.



But clicking on the button to turn it on

 

will mean over Budget Tasks will be highlighted.
