Setting Schedule Dates

It is possible to have the dates that Scheduling calculates as either the start date for Tasks or the Finish date for Tasks.

This affects both

• Split Tasks dates - see Split Tasks and

•  Menu items and sorting options in the Gantt Charts - see Gantt Chart Sorting by Date. 

To set this up, from the Main Menu go to Tools Settings, and select the Scheduling tab (highlighted below).

Then select either Finish or Start from Scheduled Date is (highlighted below).

Note that only an Administrator can alter this setting.
