Setting Up Employees

To see a video tutorial of how to set up Employees click on Setting Up Employees.

To set up a new Employee, from the Management Main Menu select Set Up > Employee and click on Add New.


 You should see a page similar to


Fill in the First Name, Surname and a Login ID for your first Employee. 

The Login ID is used by the Employee to

Make sure that the Status is set to Current and that the Time Zone is correct (both highlighted above).

At this stage don’t worry too much about the other information.  

Click on the Create Button at the bottom of the page.

Once the Employees have been entered, a listing of Employees can be printed.  To do this, from the Main Menu go to Reports > Employee > Current Employees.
