Significant Increase in Factory Productivity, Yet to be Confirmed

“Whilst it is not easy to quantify exact % factory productivity increase using Empower Software I believe we have achieved significant factory productivity increases in the following areas:

Factory Staff seeing on the factory PC:

1. daily job list and workload
2. budgeted time for each job on job start
3. time through the job as job progresses to keep on track
4. completed time against budgeted time to monitor their own performance
5. any other staff currently logged onto their job

Management seeing on the PCs in the office:

1. daily job list and workload – to ensure enough work is loaded
2. time through the job as job progresses to keep on track
3. completed time against budgeted time on each job
4. any other staff currently logged onto their job
5. ability of production manager to speak to staff live on the factory floor about time on current job”
