My goal is to reduce non value added labour through continuous improvement of process and line set up and empower is a critical tool to evaluate our improvement. Since we invested in Empower we have improved some procedures by 50% in man hours.

In 2017 we invested in Empower Workshop Productivity & Scheduling Software to manage our staffs time keeping and production tracking, we installed 55 inch TV Screens in workshop presenting our Jobs, Staff and all Times in real time this investment in technology 6 years ago has helped Makaira Boats to: 

• increase from 6 to 26 workshop staff 
  
• more than sixfold our production 
  
• purpose design and build a new production lines for typically 8 to 10 metre boats to flow through our production cells 
  
• achieve and maintain substantial boat orders worldwide… 

I believe we have world class software in the Empower Software tool
