Empower can export Job details to Xero and imports contacts and invoices from Xero. Empower gets the various revenue accounts from Xero to be used when an invoice is raised in Xero.
Empower automatically creates and updates draft invoices in Xero and will post these to Accounts Receivable. It will insert Empower customer related information.
Once an invoice is raised in Xero, its invoice number will be recorded in Empower for that Job.
Empower can import 3 types of invoices from Xero – Draft invoices, Awaiting Payment invoices and Paid invoices. You can either select a single invoice or multiple invoices from the list to create a Job in Empower. Contacts from Xero can also be imported in a similar way.

Getting Started
When the Connect to Xero button is clicked in Empower, the user will be directed to Xero’s login screen. Use Xero’s credentials to Log on. If the authentication is successful, the user will be asked to allow access to his/her organisation. Once the User allows access, he/she will be redirected to Empower and asked to select a Xero revenue account. Once the revenue account is selected, Empower will display the Organisation connected to with selected revenue account.
