Most clients use 24” all-in-one touchscreens on the workshop floor. These are easy to read, fast to operate, and well-received by staff who appreciate the modern, high-tech interface. A typical setup is one screen per five staff, positioned in key areas like machining, fabrication, and assembly.

Real-Time Job Tracking

Workshop staff log in using their ID to:

• View and start their next job

• See budgeted time expectations

• Clock off jobs with real-time feedback on performance (budget vs. actual time)

• Stay logged onto either a productive or downtime task at all times

• Breaks are automatically recorded, and Empower generates accurate hours-worked reports for payroll.

For Office and Off-Site Staff

• Office staff (e.g. designers, CNC programmers) can use Empower from their PCs.

• Off-site teams (e.g. installers, delivery drivers) access their job lists through Empower’s mobile app on phones or tablets.​

Live Production Displays

Large 50”, 65”, or 75” Smart TVs can be mounted in the workshop and office to display:

• Live job status and staff task assignments

• Budget vs. actual job times

• Colour-coded progress indicators (on time, ahead, or late)
