Otago University invited Dave into 3 of their Commerce faculties’ Honours programs. Few students at Otago University have achieved this honour over the years.
Dave has previously held position with Deloittes and senior management positions with public companies including Telecom.
Dave heads Empower’s development team and manages all technical development and technical support to clients.
Dave provides strategic business and manufacturing advice to new and existing clients to ensure successful implementation and maximum on going gains from Empower Software.

Otago University invited Sean into the honours program in Marketing.
Sean has previously held senior management positions with Aluminium Systems Ltd and Fletchers Aluminium. In both roles Sean worked with and supported total of 150 window and door manufacturers long term. Sean designed 3 suites of aluminium window and door profiles, known as the “SOS” suites (short for Sean O’Sullivan). The suites of window designs were purchased by Fletcher Building in 2000 one of NZs the largest Intellectual Property purchases at the time. The “SOS” suite has been the sole standard window and door system used by 100+ Fletcher franchisee fabricators for 20 years to date used in approximately 20% of the New Zealand residential construction market each year.

Product Development and Client Support
Angela provides product design, development and ongoing technical advice and support for Empower Customers. Angela holds a Degree in Electronics and Communication together with graduate and post graduate diplomas in Computer Applications.

Gayathri (Gaya) provides product design, development, and ongoing technical advice and support for Empower Customers.
Gaya holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology.
David makes himself available to new Empower clients as a contractor to assist with 1) business process assessment and 2) set up advice, to help ensure quick and successful implementation of Empower Software.
David Lawrence has used Empower for 20 years to date, using Empower Software daily in senior production management roles.
David Lawrence is production manager for Empower client based in Melbourne manufacturing high volume cabinetry managing 270 staff.
David is a Qualified Joiner. Previously David worked for several progressive kitchen manufacturers in New Zealand and Australia including managing division of Criterion Manufacturing in New Zealand manufacturing cabinetry who employed 300 staff, operating triple shifts and 365 days a year.
Empower has a highly qualified, experienced and dedicated team of software developers and software support staff to assist clients with technical support. Empower’s technical support is time unlimited.
