We benchmark your first 90 days of live data — once the floor is fully on Empower and the templates are tuned — against the equivalent period a year later. Both numbers come straight from your own Empower reports, no separate audits required.

Phone, Teamviewer and Zoom support from our NZ team — as much as it takes — at no extra charge until you've hit the gains. That includes re-training staff, tuning your job templates, helping you read the reports, and working through any process bottlenecks the data has surfaced.

There isn't one. The guarantee runs as long as you need it. The only requirement is that you implement Empower as intended — staff actually clocking onto jobs, the office actually using the reports, the team using the schedule. We can't help a shop that doesn't run the system.
