Editing a Checklist

To edit a Checklist: 

From the Time Track Main Menu select Set Up > Advanced Set Up > C
hecklist.   You should see a page similar to


Click on the Edit button next to the Checklist to be edited.  You should see a page similar to


From this page you can:

  • Edit Questions 
  • Alter the Question order - simply by drag and dropping
  • ​Delete Questions.  Note that if a Question is deleted, all answers to that Question for all previous Jobs will also be deleted.
