Empower Factory Productivity and Scheduling lets you see Employees who are working, what they are working on, those who are not working and the last time they were working.  

This page should be checked regularly to ensure that Employees are working and are working on the correct Tasks.

To do this, from the Main Management Menu go to Task > Who Is Working On What > Who Is Working On What.  

 
     

The Manufacturing part of this page shows Employees working on Tasks, together with the Budget and Time Left.  Time Left is Budget less Actual Time.

The Unaccounted part of this page shows Employees who are Clocked In (ie they are being paid) but are not working on a Task.

It is also possible to see

• just Employees who are working on Manufacturing Tasks at Task > Who Is Working On What > Manufacturing

• just Employees who are working on Downtimes at Task > Who Is Working On What > Downtime

• and Employees who are not working at Task > Who Is Working On What > Unaccounted.
